Easton Addition 2005 Sales PDF just posted

Click the "Easton Addition" tab above, or go to www.eastonaddition.com This report features a sales comparison between 2004 and 2005, which saw the median sales price for the Easton Addition increase by a whopping 22%. I've also added a new column to this report at the far right where you will also be able to view the partial MLS remarks for handy summary and recall of each house.

Despite a slower January/February, the 2006 spring market is now opening up impressively with consistent multiple offers, overbids, and low days on market at all price points. Hillsborough's Stonebridge Development Taking Shape

Below are some current photos of progress on Hillsborough's Stonebridge development. Accessed off of Clydesdale or Yew Street, Hillsborough's newest subdivision features 14 new estate properties. Median Price Up 17% in San Mateo's Aragon

The median increased 17% percent from year 2004, and the fourth quarter of 2005 evidenced strong demand with substantial overbids continuing to be the norm. I also publish a 6-page newsletter for the neighborhoods of Aragon, Baywood, and Homestead. The next one should be out in February.
